Heikko Schulze Höing, born in 1960 in Hanover, completed his journeyman’s examination as a glass engraver at the vocational school in Hadamar. He initially gained professional experience at Rosenthal in Amberg and other companies in southern Germany before completing his training at the vocational school in Zwiesel with a degree as a glass technician for design and a master’s examination as an engraver.
Since 1998, he has been working as a master glass engraver and designer at the LWL Museum, Glashütte Gernheim.
