Statement
My work is shaped by my diverse training and closeness to nature. As a visual artist, I create works of metamorphosis. My works show plants that transform themselves into drawing and painting. I also use what is already existing, for my work. This creates new works and space at the same time. Nature not only serves as a source of inspiration for me, but the ritual, process-like work in and with nature shows up in my artistic work as a marker on the way.
